How to know your phone specification using the IMEI code

It is good to know much about the phone in your palm today, know if it is fake, get the specification in clear and concise details with picture.

With the IMEI code number of any phone you can use any device with internet access to check the specification of the product, may be you are doing it for someone or you want get the device for your self.



What is IMEI number.

International Mobile station Equipment Identity, is a 15 digit phone secrete code starting with 3 and 5 as the first reconfigure number, it differs in all phone.
Even two separate phone from the same company, grade, same is version and name can't have similar IMEI code,there must be difference that is why it is called individual phone identification code.

How to get your phone IMEI code.

Step 1
Open the phone back cover, remove the battery, check inside the phone battery space, see image below.



Step 2
Dial the code *#06#, in your phone number dialer.



Note; the IMEI code will be two if it is a dual sim phone(two sim phone) e.g INFINIX Note 2, Tecno D3, Nokia Asha 200 e.t.c , and single for one sim phone. e.g Nokia 1208,1616 e.t.c


How to check your phone specification using the IMEI code.

First write down the IMEI code.



Step 1
Open your phone browser or desktop or laptop computer,input in the address bar Click HERE .



Step 2
Input the copied code into the rectangular box taged Enter IMEI.



Now click on CHECK. An image like the one below will appear on your smartphone or laptop scree.
